About the acronym SEME:
The organizers and leadership council of SEME want
attendees to utilize this experience to visualize themselves as players in the sport and
event industries. After all, in order to attain a goal you must first know where
you want to go.

When is the deadline for on-line registration?
February 5, 2007. After that date you
can register on site in Los Angeles at USC.

What does my registration cost include?
You may attend any or all of the sessions
during the two days of the event. Your registration also includes two light
breakfasts, a lunch and the receptions and parties listed in your conference
program. Attendees receive a Certificate of Attendance, Conference Packet and
Notebook, list of sports industry attendees, fellow attendees, jobs and
internships available.

Your badge, a conference program and a registration bag will be
awaiting your arrival at the SEME registration desk.

When does the conference start and when does it end?
The SEME offers programming beginning
on Friday, February 9, starting at 8:00 a.m., and concludes on Saturday
afternoon, February 10th. Following the conference session, there will be a Networking Party
for all conference attendees.

What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual is the standard dress code. Although the
conference is being held in Southern California, be sure to pack a sweater or
sport coat since evenings are frequently cool.

How far is USC from the airport?
USC is located near downtown Los Angeles and is
approximately 14 miles (20-25 minutes) from Los Angeles International Airport
(LAX)

What about getting around the city?
Los Angeles boasts several modes of transportation
available to its many visitors. Transportation ranges from car and van rental

What happens if I need to cancel my conference
registration and want to get a refund?
All refund requests must be received in writing by
January 1, 2007 (the refund deadline). Refunds will be issued within 60 days

Can I have a list of attendees?
Everyone will receive an attendee list at the conference in the
conference packet. Sponsors and Career Workshop hosts will receive an attendee
list in advance.
